Shipping
Baitsman orders use USPS for standard packages, and USPS Priority Mail for priority packages. Orders typically ship within one to three business days, and while USPS doesn't guarantee timing for these shipping types, they should arrive as indicated when you select a shipping method during checkout.
** U.S. orders $55 or more get free shipping.
If there is any issue with your order before shipment, we will contact you quickly. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking after your order ships. If you did not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder to see if it was filtered.
Overnight or rush delivery can be arranged (e.g for Christmas, travel, holidays, etc.) - just email info@baitsman.com. We will respond quickly.
Returns
Sometimes you need to change the bait or throw it back...
We stand by our products 100%. If you’re not satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days—as long as the item is unworn and in original condition.

- Select the order and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Follow the quick steps to submit the request and get your return label or instructions. (Tip: hang on to your original packaging—it’s perfect for sending items back.)
Return Policy Details
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Please reuse your original packaging if you can — better for the planet and your bait budget.
- Turnaround: please allow up to 3 weeks from the day you drop it in the mail for us to receive, process, and issue your refund or deliver your exchange.
- Damaged or incorrect item? Start a request at account.baitsman.com and choose the relevant return reason. To speed things up, reply to your order email with clear photos so we can review and resolve it quickly.
